Daily Cleaning Manager in Horsens: DRC Integration Employment is part of the Danish Refugee Council (DRC). We run e.g. social economic enterprises whose purpose is to help refugees and other vulnerable citizens get a good start in the Danish labor market. We are looking for a committed cleaning manager with pedagogical flair who can lead DRC’s newly started social economic enterprise Fair Ren in Horsens.
Your assignments
The work consists of high-quality cleaning for our customers as well as training vulnerable citizens in the cleaning profession. You will act as the daily cleaning manager for the citizens who are undergoing cleaning training.
Primary work assignments
Responsibility for cleaning common areas, office facilities and toilets
Training of refugees and other socially vulnerable citizens in cleaning through bystander training – including training in the cleaning van, cleaning agents, dosage, good working postures, etc.
Training of refugees in “cleaning Danish” during work
Close collaboration with DRC’s chief consultant in Horsens, to whom you will refer on a daily basis
Your profile
It is a requirement that you have cleaning experience and can work independently with the tasks, as well as that you are good at learning from yourself and like working with cleaning and people. As a person, you are patient, approachable and can guide others through motivation and recognition. You emphasize delivering good quality in your work and you are in good physical shape and speak/understand Danish fluently
